Three-Hole Practice Course

With multiple pin locations on each green, these three holes consist of two par 3s ranging from 135yds to 220yds and a narrow par 4 along a lake. Mounding, uneven lies, a water hazard, bunkers, rough and other realistic situations round out this practice course.

Practice uneven lies, work on game management, hone your routine, pinpoint club yardages or any other imaginable shot – all without time limits to complete each hole.

While we highly believe in an outdoor experience this component makes taking golf instruction very convenient and versatile. For instance, subtle changes to things like grip or ball position cannot be made solely indoors as those things are typically done in an effort to improve the ball’s direction. If you can only hit shots into a net such types of improvements cannot be accurately discussed. At our Denver golf academy having the ability to open our large door to hit shots out onto the range during any sort of weather transfers the instruction to real meaning. While there can be some benefits to taking instruction indoors it should be short-term. You need to be able to see the ball flight, take your instructor outdoors with you and eventually be able to transfer those skills to the golf course.

Science and Motion Putt Lab (S.A.M.)

When putting, even the smallest movements can decide everything. SAM PuttLab uses state-of-the-art ultrasound technology and specific mathematic algorithms for precise measurement of the relevant putting parameters. SAM PuttLab comprises the SAM MotionAnalyzer (Hardware) and the SAM PuttWare (Software).

For the measurement a light sensor triplet is attached to the club shaft making the system wireless. The measurement device (MotionAnalyzer) then transfers the registered movement data to a computer via USB.

Denver Colorado Golf Lessons

The intelligent SAM PuttWare automatically evaluates the putting strokes, calculates all relevant parameters, - e.g. rotation, acceleration, swing duration or impact, - and graphically displays the results. The data reveals precise information on how to improve your game, e.g. club face angle or sweetspot, and how to tailor individual training strategies. Overall, it measures 28 parameters within the putting stroke and details what needs the most attention.
